Information We Collect

Test Answers and Personality DNA

Your answers are scored locally in the browser to produce a 16-digit SBTI personality DNA code. When you share a result link or open a result from a link, that DNA code may appear in the page URL. The code represents dimension scores only; it is not intended to contain your name, email, or other direct identifiers.

Friend Match Inputs

Friend Match compares two SBTI DNA codes. The codes may be stored in the URL parameters so the match can be shared or reopened. Do not paste sensitive personal information into DNA fields.

Paid Products

If you buy a deep report, avatar pack, or duo report, payment is processed by Stripe. We may receive payment status, product type, checkout session ID, and metadata needed to deliver the digital product. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Account and Email Data

Most visitors can use the core SBTI test without an account. If you choose to sign in, contact us, or use an account-based feature, we may collect your email address, name, authentication status, and related account records.

Usage, Device, and Log Data

We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate region, referring URL, error logs, and interaction events. This helps us improve performance, diagnose issues, understand which pages are useful, and protect the service.
